Draft Night in the NBA and NFL is where stars are made. Not just the guys who walk across that stage, but the ladies that are sitting in the green room as well. One second these girls are nobodies and the next, a camera catches them sitting with the family at the draft table and they end up trending on Twitter. We’ve seen this countless times over the years, I’m not breaking new ground.
So tonight is that night. Somebody who doesn’t play basketball is about to become a star. We’ve already introduced a lot of these potential draftees’ girlfriends over the last few weeks, so I know the talent we’re working with. Even with that information, I’m going outside the box tonight and I’m putting my money on Luka Doncic’s mom, Mirjam Poterbin.
If you’ve read the site, you know nobody on the internet loves moms more than us. We even met Luka’s girlfriend back in April and by all accounts, she is a rocket ship. A ten out of ten. But I’m putting my money on Mirjam tonight. What do we know about her? According to Slam, she’s a former model, dancer and hurdler. A total package, keep an eye out tonight.
