Bronny James Nearly Dunks In Warmups

Bronny James is so close to dunking. Sooooooo close. He’s so close to dunking that he might actually start dunking by the time dad, LeBron, plays in Game 5 of the NBA Finals in June. That’s right, the Warriors won’t sweep Bron like in 2017. They’ll let Bron get one and then close it out for another title. Sweeping the Cavs would be bad for the NBA. Can’t have that going on and keep selling how healthy the NBA is.

Anyway, Bronny James, 13, was playing with his Blue Chips team in Indianapolis this weekend at the George Hill Invitational when he pulled out a dunk attempt that probably had the other team grabbing their cellies to get a shot for the Snap and then they went over to the IG and fired up a video. Let’s face it, this is a life highlight right now for a 13-year-old boy. I remember being 13 and dunking on like a 6-foot rim at Wes Waites house across the street. Someone always thought they were MJ, someone would be ‘Nique and I might’ve thought of myself as Spud Webb.

But here we have Bronny on the verge of entering manhood. That ball is so close to ripping through that net. Calipari so close to offering him an entire campus building to become a Cat if the NBA doesn’t change its draft rules.
