It’s with great sadness that we inform you all there will be no sequel to LaMelo Ball’s 92-point, cherry-picking performance as LaVar Ball is reportedly pulling him from Chino Hills High School to “make him the best basketball player ever”.

LaVar told Eric Sondheimer of the Los Angeles Times he’s checking LaMelo out of Chino Hills HS on Tuesday and plans on homeschooling his youngest son the next two years. Details from the report:
“It’s good for Melo,” LaVar said. “Less distractions. He just needs to focus.”
The next time people will be able to see LaMelo play is next spring in travel ball.
“They’ll have to sit back and wait,” LaVar said.
LaVar said LaMelo still intends to sign with UCLA.
Hate on LaVar all you want, but the man knows how to hype his kids up. Taking LaMelo out of the public eye for a couple months pretty much ensures an even bigger media frenzy when he plays AAU ball in the spring.
Those Chino Hills kids better enjoy gawking at that Lambo while they can:
