First we had Chris Mullin wanting to punch John Thompson III at the Big East tourney. Now we have Sean Miller throwing major shade at UCLA and Steve Alford after last night’s Pac-12 tournament game that ended 86-75.
Up 11 with 1 second left on the clock after a Kadeem Allen steal, Miller called timeout.
Why? Poise…and shade.
Miller didn’t forget the way things ended on Feb. 26 when UCLA beat Arizona in Tucson and called timeout with a couple seconds on the clock and a 5-point lead. So last night it was payback and I’m loving ever second of this. College basketball desperately needs this. We need a-hole coaches going back and forth.
